Ihneritance Law
Inheritance law is the set of rules of Civil Law that refer to the property of a person after his death and the relations of the heirs to each other. The rights and obligations of the deceased do not disappear after his death, but are transferred to other persons, his heirs, through inheritance.
Inheritance occurs: either through a will either by law, i.e. by intestacy or by necessity.
The heirs, according to the above, after the death of the testator, can either accept the inheritance or renounce the inheritance, according to the provisions of the inheritance law.
Our office undertakes any type of case involving inheritance issues with particular sensitivity and professionalism, as the acceptance of an inheritance often entails risks and burdens which the recipient must in any case be aware of before accepting. Our goal in every case, the multifaceted examination of each issue and the clear and complete information about the available options.
